- Squaring Cylinders:
- CRODON® Hard Coat pusher plates manage standard and laminated products with improved precision and reliability.
- Drop Plate:
- Actuation device designed to last up to four years. Handles heavier laminated products and repeat cycling of standard shingles. Operating environment is free from granules, sand and contaminants.
Reichel & Drews gearbox design is easily maintained and rebuilt in your plant. The gearbox is enclosed by 1/2” thick steel housing with easy access for maintenance. Drive gears can be indexed to one of four positions that extend the life four times.- Bolt-on chrome-plated starwheels:
- Starwheels take the most wear and tear in shingle stacking equipment, so we’ve improved their service life and reduced changeover time with bolt-on chrome-plated starwheel blades. This feature is standard on every new ShinglStak. Long-wearing, easy-to-replace, bolt-on starwheel blades lower your cost since they can be replaced independent of the shaft.

- Stronger and stiffer to reduce vibration and extend the component lifetime.
- Entry Skid Plate:
- Concave skid plate is adjustable on two axes for precision settings at each plant.Drives: Reliable, easy to troubleshoot Allen-Bradley drives are standard.

- Servo motors significantly reduce noise.
- Maintenance:
- Hours between preventive maintenance intervals are increased. Easy exterior access of drop plate spiral bevel gears means you can lubricate without shutting down. All components have easy access
