- Replaceable roller bearings
- Taper lock sprockets for easy removal
- Large driven, rubber-coated rollers for superior traction
- New motor location and drive belt arrangement eliminate the up and down movement of the motor which reduces weight and wear
- Variable speed drive for controllable bundle exit speeds
- Idler rolls for smooth 90 degree transfer of bundles
- All stock parts for fast replacement
Available with your choice of chain or belt drive configuration, the pop-up roller table upgrade assembly includes a 1/2 horsepower high efficiency motor with a right angle reducer, a shaft with sheaves and bearings, welded heavy-duty steel frame engineered and constructed to fit your existing wrapper.
